Easier to Access Services
The HSCC Easier Access to Services Action Team is currently focused on improving access to 211.
The team is designing a translation sheet for agencies and residents, to link words commonly used to refer to needs and programs with the best search terms to find those programs on 211. Once those translation sheets are ready, links will appear here.
The team is grateful that 211 staff are actively involved in the action team and its work. In the next few months, the Action Team will be coordinating with other groups and organizations that are working on 211 both locally and regionally, to collaborate and coordinate our efforts.
