Virtual Front Porch Conversations
We are currently scheduling “Virtual” Front Porch Conversations with all interested StreetHeart neighbors!
These conversations allow us to introduce the StreetHeart program, and help us to better understand your neighborhood. The Front Porch Conversations take about 30 minutes to complete. We facilitate a zoom meeting to host these discussions, and can also talk by phone for households who do not use zoom.

Neighborhood Project Awards!
StreetHeart has been working
TOGETHER with a group of residents to design a NEW Neighborhood Project Award program!
StreetHeart will provide small cash awards for collaborative neighborhood projects that create positive impacts within the StreetHeart neighborhood.
There will be more information to come on this exciting project as we finalize the guidelines and details.
