Barbara Fulton, Ph.D. serves with gratitude and enthusiasm as ECH's Executive Director. She enjoyed 12+ years as the Hayes Green Beach Memorial Hospital Community Development Director and before that she worked in education and in business.

Barbara has a passion for community transformation and philanthropy.
